Issue 1: What do I do if the product base is wobbly or appears to be unsteady?

The vertical arm attaches to the bottom of the base through a long screw inserted in the bottom. Using the supplied hex wrench, make sure that screw is completely tight. If you insert the short end of the hex wrench, you will get more torque to make sure it is tight.

Issue 2: The base is secure, but it still seems wobbly.

The product is designed to offer telescoping sizes from 48" to 72" high. To provide the maximum height in a compact package, the upper vertical arm rests inside the lower vertical arm. There can be some natural movement between the metal, since the diameter of the upper arm is slightly smaller than the bottom. If you find that after you've hung your items on the rack the movement should go away.

Issue 3: How do I adjust the height of the costumer?

On the upper vertical arm, there is a silver button. Depress the button and move up or down. At the next adjustment stop, the button will pop back out. Repeat as necessary.
